After working as an R.N. and a pastor/chaplain, I realized that counseling was truly my passion. So, I went back to school – again! I received my Master’s in Social Work and have been working as a therapist for the last five years. In my practice, I see adults and children aged 10 and up. Hello, I am Dori Bowling, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nearly 15 years of clinical practice and supervision of other clinicians. I often work with clients that suffer from mood, anxiety, and mild substance abuse issues. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy, and with couples, I use the Gottman Method.
