I specialize in treating historical trauma issues with Tribal peoples, the Displaced, Refugees, People of Color, and all those who need specific, culturally focused, mental health care. As a mixed-race therapist, with White (Italian & Irish) and Indigenous (Mi'kmaq) ancestors, I know how hard it can be to find time for self-growth and slowness while living in oppressive systems. It can be even harder when we don't fit in a binary or see ourselves reflected in the spaces we live, work, or learn.

I am a psychodynamic therapist and life explorer, who would be honored to listen and walk beside you on your healing journey.
