I have worked in Community / Rural Mental Health Centers and Dual Diagnosis clients. I am trained in Bilateral Sychronization Therapy, new and innovative from Colorado, which helps the brain resolve trauma. I am trained in Seeking Safety, addiction and Trauma centered therapy, evidenced based.

Energy Psychology (Thought Field Therapy) is useful to defuse patterns and trauma and as a daily tool. My desire is to promote independence in the people I work with.
