My approach to counseling varies according to the client's individual needs, however, my training has largely focused on psychodynamic therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family systems therapy, and Mindfulness. This broad base of training allows me flexibility to choose research-based interventions that are most appropriate for each client. I am currently accepting clients age 18+, couples and families.

As a clinical social worker, I am passionate about aiding clients in the healing and empowerment process. In particular, I focus on being an accepting and affirming environment for LGBTQi+ individuals.
