I grew up in an urban environment or as I affectionately call it “the hood”. It is my belief that those who grow up in “the hood” walk through life with a unique set of experiences. Those experiences serve as a foundation for the ways in which we show up in the world , how we understand and express emotions and how we engage with others. Through a collaborative and person centered approach I assist my clients in identifying, understanding, and highlighting the positive patterns that have been adopted as they have moved throughout life , while challenging and disrupting the patterns that no longer serve them well.

Kaili Preston, Outpatient Therapist, is a National Certified Counselor who started her career in human services in 2016 and is currently accumulating clinical supervision hours towards professional licensure (LPC). She is highly skilled in Attachment Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Family Therapy (inclusive of Couples/Marriage Counseling), and Play Therapy. Her passion is supporting other Mamas (as she is a Mom of 5) in their perinatal/parenting journeys along with her love for counseling kiddos, teens, and young adults (ages 3+).

I am an experienced clinical psychologist and supervisor, well-versed in telehealth; I am also an Active Duty Veteran and currently serve in the PA Army National Guard. We have a staff providers who are well trained and available via telehealth or in-person. Patient populations of focus include Veterans, Military, and First Responders. Additional areas of expertise are other public safety activities including treatment of patients who are justice involved, those with substance use disorder, and providing evidence based care for trauma, depression, stress and adjustment issues, as well as relationship and marriage concerns.

Laura is a Marriage and Family Therapist who is passionate about cultivating meaningful and healing relationships with her clients by working with each client individually to understand and empathize with their unique set of challenges and needs. Laura’s approach to therapy is taking on a compassionate, caring, and genuine therapeutic stance with all of her clients, creating a safe and warm environment for everyone who walks through her door. She uses a multitude of systemic approaches when working with her clients, with an emphasis on Emotionally Focused Therapy and The Gottman Method, in which she holds a Level 3 certification.

I have also been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida since 2013 and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the State of Kansas. Given my licenses in many states, I mainly work virtually to provide services to those residing in those locations. I work with pre-teens, adolescents, young adults, and adults seeking individual counseling sessions.

Ms. Selitsky received her Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from Holy Family University in 2014. Ms. Selitsky utilizes CBT, Solution Focus, and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy. Ms. Selitsky has expanded her professional development to study Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Ms. Selitsky works with clients age 14 to older adults, utilizing individual, couple/marital modalities.
