I have had the privilege to work in multiple clinical settings before moving into private practice. I felt that this was much like mental health bootcamp and I found it highly beneficial. Through these experiences I was able to determine the areas of mental health that I am best suited to. In my practice I focus on Complex Post Traumatic Stress due to a variety of abusive experiences such as narcissistic, sexual, emotional, mental, and physical abuse. I also work with co-occurring disorders such as addiction and; bi-polar disorder, anxiety, and depression. I work with individuals, couples, teens and families.

I have learned throughout life some people are placed in situations without the power to choose and some choose situations because they lack skills and knowledge of the effects of their decisions.
