As you can imagine these traits sometimes put me on wild adventures but because of them I believe they have shaped my counseling style. I had the honor of serving on active duty as an Officer and Clinical Psychologist for the Army, the Navy and as a civilian Clinical Psychologist for the Department of Defense.

My name is Miyuki Tomura, and I am a licensed mental health counselor in Hawaii. I provide trauma-focused online individual therapy and consultation for adults. My approach to therapy is existential and transpersonal, and I help those who want to transform challenging life events into a gateway for becoming who they want to be.

Aloha e! My practice, Grace Works, LLC, is a private Counseling Center providing services to individuals, couples and families. My experiences span a number of environments including mental institutions, prisons, drug programs, in-homes, schools, churches, non-profit organizations, courts, and the military.
