My focus includes helping clients heal from trauma, grief, learn self-regulation coping skills for anger/anxiety/panic attacks, build & redefine self-identity, improve self-worth, stop dysfunctional (& generational) family cycles, instill hope, purpose, & find inner peace. Somatic psychology studies how the "body" informs and provides clues to our emotional responses linked to childhood.

During your medication management appointment, your practitioner will review the benefits and/or side effects of the potential medications and make adjustments as required.
