I am a Licensed Marriage/Couples and Family Therapist. I work with individuals, couples, and families to help combat symptoms such as anxiety, depression, dysphoria, trauma & behavioral and mood disorders. I am a dedicated and passionate therapist who enjoys guiding, empowering, and educating my clients. I believe it is import to hold the feelings and trust the process of healing. I have a history serving minority populations ranging from race to gender and sexuality. My goal is to make your therapy space a welcoming and a safe environment. Susi Blitman is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, who earned her Masters of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University in 2007. Blitman counts on over 12 years of experience helping clients overcome their struggles, improve their lives and the lives of their families. As a mother of two, Blitman has a special interest in helping families, children, and teens with difficult behaviors, self-esteem issues, ADHD, depression, and academic performance issues. Born in Sao Paulo, Brazil, Blitman is trilingual speaking English, Portuguese, and Spanish.

As a clinical sexologist, I help folks explore pleasure and better communicate in intimate relationships. As a relationship counselor, I work with couples and poly folks to improve their communication and connection. As a feminist therapist, I help clients dig deep to uncover their personal power, untangle anxiety and heal from trauma. I'm pro-choice, queer/bisexual identified, and welcome LGBTQ+ clients. I'm a curious counselor, and I help people dig to the roots of their pain. Fees are $200/session for individuals and $250 for couples (self-pay only, NO insurance).

My passion is working with families, couples, and men seeking relief from issues related to communication; regulation of emotions, thoughts, and behaviors; and strained or fractured relationships. I also have clinical experience treating anxiety, ADHD, OCD, intrusive thoughts, depression, grief, and trauma. My typical clients seek to relate more peacefully to their loved ones and want to develop more effective coping skills against their daily stressors.
