I work with individuals and couples experiencing a broad range of emotional and behavioral issues. I am passionate about working with clients through all the challenges and problems that arise during their lifetime. I am also a sex therapist, and I enjoy working with clients who need healing or work with kink, eroticism, intimacy, problem sexual behavior, ethical non-monogamy, recovering from affairs, low libido, and orgasm difficulties.

I primarily work with adolescents, adults, and older adults, providing individual and couples therapy. I have received training in Levels 1 and 2 of the Gottman approach and actively work to adapt it to fit with queer and non-traditional coupleship models.

I started off my career working with folks recovering from substance use disorders. Understanding that substances are not the problem, but the solution to the problem, my focus then became on underlying mental health issues that these clients had. These were often related to unresolved trauma, relationship issues, and troubles with intimacy/sex.
