For as long as I can remember, I have always wanted to work in a field that would allow me to help people. I have a passion for helping individuals learn more about themselves, discover strengths, values, and abilities they did not think existed and provide therapeutic support through some of their toughest moments. I specialize in addiction, alcohol use, anger management, anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, coping skills, drug use, dual diagnosis, substance use evaluations, co-occurring disorders, overcoming stigma, spirituality, and stress.
