Hello! I have over 25 years of experience & specialize in anxiety, trauma, chronic stress, self-regulation and recovery. I value in depth assessment which informs our process. Unlike some types of supportive counseling, I offer education about how life experiences are hardwired into our brains & how this impacts all aspects of life and our relationships. I also focus on teaching skills to transform anxiety and stress into resilience, calm, and increased joy. To do that, I use mindfulness, somatic/body-based skills, brainspotting, neurofeedback, psychedelic & ketamine - assisted psychotherapy, RRT, and nature-based connection.

I provide Individual and Family Counseling and work with all populations such as children, adolescents and adults. My goal as a therapist is to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment in which my clients can explore their emotional needs, discuss behavioral issues and overcome barriers that limit their full potential. I have been a Doctoral Licensed Clinical Psychologist for 23 years, an Educational and Career Consultant, a Certified Autism Specialist, an Executive Coach, and a Law School Graduate. My diverse background of educational and professional experience helping individuals, couples, and families live more productive and fulfilling lives is my passion. My clientele includes lawyers, physicians, therapists, executives, college students, and other professionals committed to changing their lives. Each client is treated with respect, and dignity, in a judgement free zone. I seek to hear, understand, empathize, be active, authentic, & direct.

I truly enjoy working with a range of clients. Some of my specialties include ADHD management, anxiety, grief, improving self-esteem, increasing self compassion, working with those wanting practical tools to apply to their life, and working with those wanting to shift out of unhealthy beliefs and patterns. I am not a couples therapist but I enjoy working on the individual level to create healthy relationships, learning communication tools, healing attachment wounds and developing secure attachments.

I am extremely diversified.So, it is my belief I can professionally handle any clinical issue that comes my way.I am very good with PTSD issues & relationship themes.I believe I do God's works so I do not lack confidence.I suppose I learned that from Notre Dame University.However, since I was also very good at football,boxing and skiing & I have excelled in many other endeavors,I love my work as it allows me to be helpful & creative and I can put my extensive years of education & experience into practice.
