I specialize in DBT, CBT, anxiety/depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, C-PTSD, addiction recovery, and fear. I have additional certification in domestic violence and sexual assault. I also work with grief and loss, divorce and couples seeking to mend and/or reconnect. I am experienced with the 12 Step philosophy that aligns with my mindfulness-based approach to recovery. I am a Certified Yoga therapist and bring the body into somatic treatment using Yoga as therapy.
