“Accepting New Patients” My primary focus is the Whole Person concept incorporating the psycho-social-spiritual and biological components. I will provide you with honest direct feedback coupled with an unconditional positive regard and encouragement. My therapeutic style has been described as casual and relaxed and educational. I tend to utilize various therapeutic modalities as well as infusing my sessions with some humor, compassion, and even a little metaphor thrown in for good measure. In my practice I enjoy working with adults individually. I specialize in trauma treatment and engage Prolonged exposure which has successfully alleviated trauma symptoms for many of my clients. I also utilize interpersonal family systems, and attachment theory in order to help clients learn more about themselves than they ever have. We will create skills and process together, to alleviate any disrupting symptoms of depression and anxiety. I am offering in person and virtual sessions.
