My greatest strength is my ability to create a non-judgmental, supportive, trusting relationship. Together, we will explore why you have chosen to come to therapy and we will find the approach that best meets your needs. You will gain the insight to break dysfunctional patterns of behavior and interaction in your day to day relationships. I will help you to better regulate your emotions and to cope with stressful situations. We will focus on your strengths as well as your challenges as you learn the skills needed to become the person you were meant to be.

I offer a compassionate and non-judgmental space where you can deepen the connection between the mind and the body while promoting a healthy relationship with yourself and others.
Have you been in therapy for some time yet still feel stuck? Do you find yourself feeling disconnected from your body, your feelings, or the people you love? I believe that everyone has the capacity to live a happy and a fulfilling life, and I can help you get there. Regardless of how long you’ve been battling anxiety, depression, relational problems, trauma, or issues of self-esteem, I will accompany you in your healing journey with compassion and acceptance. As a trauma therapist, I rely on my knowledge of the neurobiology of trauma, Polyvagal , structural dissociation, and attachment theory to guide my interventions.

Relationship Issues Therapists
While need for human connection appears to be innate, the ability to form healthy, loving relationships is learned. Some evidence suggests that the ability to form a stable relationship starts to form in infancy, in a child's earliest experiences with a caregiver who reliably meets the infant's needs for food, care, warmth, protection, stimulation, and social contact. Such relationships are not destiny, but they are theorized to establish deeply ingrained patterns of relating to others. The end of a relationship, however, is often a source of great psychological anguish.
