I am a licensed psychologist, treating individuals and their families struggling with (but not limited to) anxiety, specific phobia, obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, and ADHD. My therapeutic approach includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), as well as other treatment modalities based on the individual needs of my patients.

I believe my approach to therapy has always been to provide a space where people can feel heard, understood and challenged to look at themselves and the choices they have made. This applies to the youth of today as well as those more experienced in life. I offer a genuine and direct approach to changing lives, while going at the right pace for each individual. People need to feel safe in a non judgmental space and appreciate honest feedback and direction while they transition on their therapeutic journey. I am eclectic in my approach to treatment and use a multitude of therapeutic techniques which are individualized to each client.

Neuropsychological evaluations will provide you with the most comprehensive understanding regarding your student's processing abilities, executive functions, and how to successfully address any observed deficits. I have been a trusted professional for many pediatricians, public and private schools, and parents. My evaluations will yield information to tailor make individual instructional strategies for your student to be implemented by teachers, tutors, and parents.

Dr. Del Guercio specializes in working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder across the lifespan. Her clinical experiences includes both assessment and therapeutic treatment to children, adolescents, and adults. Dr. Del Guercio has had the opportunity to provide therapeutic services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and a variety of co-morbid diagnoses, including depression, anxiety, and mood disorders. Dr. Del Guercio uses an individualized approach to therapy and pulls from a variety of modalities that best suits the individual. She is part of the group practice called Inspire Wellness.
