Stacey has over 300 hours of study in yoga and meditation that is incorporated into her therapy practice. She is a trauma informed therapist, utilizing the mind/body connection to treat those with trauma histories. Stacey uses a mindfulness based cognitive behavioral therapy approach for those with depression and anxiety issues. She also has experience working with addiction issues and their families.

Ted received his Masters in Professional Counseling from Lasalle University and is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years of experience with in-patient and out-patient services for a wide range of diagnoses, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, developmental delays, conduct disorders, addictions, mood disorders, anxiety, ADHD, and depression. He specializes in working with children, adolescents, and their families to help manage life while navigating their unique circumstances in a safe, caring environment. He also works with adult individuals and couples dealing with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and addictions.

I have a special interest in the family system and how that affects each individual. This includes psychotherapeutic treatment of couples, parents and their children.
