Shynekia Garner is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of South Carolina with nearly 10 years of experience working with children, teens, adults, and families who are struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship, medical, and substance abuse issues. She completed her Bachelor's degree in Political Science with a minor in English from the University of South Carolina Upstate and received her Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Converse College.

With over decade of experience, I firmly believe that counseling is a collaborative effort between the counselor and the client. I believe it’s vital for individuals to find a counselor who fits their needs and personality. You as the client need a counselor who understands you and what you need! I work with individuals of all ages, but especially enjoy working with adolescence through mid-adulthood aged individuals.

Katie Clark was born and raised in Greenville, South Carolina, and completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology at Clemson University. Katie went on to receive her Master of Education with an emphasis in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Clemson University. Katie is employed at Carolina Counseling Partners and works with children (as young as 6-years-old), teenagers, and young adults.
