Welcome! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York with over 13 years of experience. I utilize acceptance commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral (CBT), person-centered, and mindfulness techniques. I focus on addiction, ADHD, Anxiety, Women's Issues, Trauma, and PTSD, and can help you navigate this pain and assist you in understanding it to break free from your own negative thoughts. I have been a therapist for a long time, initially, I was drawn to helping people and forming the human connection which all of us so desperately need.

My theoretical orientation is a combination of Person Centered as well as Solution Focused. These theoretical orientations allow me to focus on each person individually while finding a solution that is strictly based on their specific needs. While doing so, I can build from here and develop a treatment plan which may allow me to utilize other forms of therapy based on the clients needs.
