Hello! My name is Robert Michael Mccaskill. I am a Licensed Therapist in Georgia. I have worked in community mental health and private practice for the last 12 years. My expertise is related to working with individuals that experience life-changing hardships such as divorce, death, and/or job loss, as well as individuals of all ages with mood disorders and trauma. My approach is person-centered and humanistic. Sometimes we find ourselves dealing with unbearable depression and anxiety which causes us to reach out for guidance and education. I am very passionate about helping adults and adolescents with mental health and substance abuse problems. Project Family, LLC is a community healthcare organization serving children, adolescents, and adults with mental health needs and substance abuse concerns. Our agency includes psychiatrists, psychologists, Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs) who collaborate to provide integrative care. Dr. Cindy Edins is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Educational Psychologist. She holds a Masters in Marriage and Family Counseling as well as a PhD in Educational Psychology. Dr. Cindy has over 20 years of experience counseling and 12 years of teaching psychology courses at local colleges/universities. Dr. Cindy has advanced training through the Beck Initiative for Recovery-Oriented Cognitive Therapy for which she holds a current certification. She is also certified as a substance abuse counselor through the 7-Challenges program which supports the clients in making healthy decisions about their drug and/or alcohol choices.

I work individuals and couples to help build better relationships and coping strategies for times of conflict and change. Having worked for several years with substance abuse groups along with anger management and family violence intervention, I have helped people of all ages to move beyond the negative self talk and low self esteem in order to be successful and thriving in their personal lives and relationships with others. I also offer EMDR to address trauma. Because I believe there is not a single way to deal with life, I like to meet my clients where they are in their own lives and help them to accomplish their personal goals.

I believe in creating a new therapy for each client and that you are the expert of your life. I utilize an integrative, person-centered approach to therapy, emphasizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Art Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and several other therapeutic modalities. My clinical experience has given me the skills to efficiently treat ADHD, Adjustment Disorder, Complicated Grief and Loss, Anxiety Disorders, and Mood Disorders.

Tonya enjoys working with adolescents and adults suffering with depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, trauma, family conflict, and everyday life issues. She will provide a safe place for you to open up and talk about whatever's on your mind, as well as help you navigate through the challenges of life.
