I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a member of the Mental Health Counselors Association. I've been providing counseling services to the community for over 20 years. My counseling practice is influenced by three years facilitating a court-ordered divorce course for the Naples Mental Health Association and completion of the Supreme Court Certified Family Mediation Training Program. In addition, I have 20 years of on-going study and experience with the psychoanalytic thought process that suggests our current issues and choices are often determined by emotional feelings and memories from the past.

I am the owner of Jade & Sage Holistic Therapy, LLC in the Fort Myers area and am strongly passionate in supporting individuals who experience distressful images, emotions, body sensations, symptoms, and/or thoughts. All humans have been conditioned by their childhood and often result in present day unwanted behaviors, patterns, and other challenges that create road blocks to accomplishing daily tasks, future goals, and a feeling of overall wellness.
