I work with people that are struggling with anxiety, boundaries, codependency, self-esteem, and core beliefs. I truly desire to help people discover who they were created to be and live life to the fullest.

I’m passionate about creating a resting place for spiritual souls that have experienced church hurt, spiritual trauma and those that are struggling with sexual addictions, helping them see how beautiful they are in the midst of uncertainty and change. When it feels like your life seems to be unraveling and entering unchartered territory, where once the sources of connection and safety no longer feel like a place of belonging, that can feel extremely scary. Without a safe place to process and heal from these wounds, this sense of unsettling won’t just magically disappear even if you leave that triggering environment.

Many symptoms like anxiety, depression, dissociation, fatigue, and guilt follow trauma. Trauma is scary and I do not believe we were meant to do life alone. I offer to serve as someone who can collaboratively walk through the trauma with you.
