Our team at the child and family counseling center is trained to provide therapy for children, teens, adults, families, couples, and parents. Several of our providers are certified in PCIT to help parents of children as young as 2 build healthier attachments and address problematic behavior. We teach research based tools that are useful for client's dealing with anxiety, depression, mood swings, or just feeling overwhelmed. We can also teach client's techniques to improve social skills, communication, and family interactions.
