I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who enjoys working with couples, families, adolescents, and adults of all ethnicities, sexual orientations, gender identities, and eclectic relationship dynamics. I strive to create a therapeutic atmosphere that allows you to feel safe to come as you are and leave one step closer to who you want to be.

Life In Motion works with Veterans, First Responders, and School employees dealing with trauma. We enjoy helping all clients reach the goals they set and work through trauma and be able to live their best lives. Though we specialize in trauma we work with a wide variety of clients. Life In Motion also provides medical management for all your mental health needs.

I specialize in working with those who struggle with traumatic experiences especially sexual abuse and domestic violence, depression, anxiety, and loss of ability to control anger impulses in children/adolescents. Ideally, I want each client I work with to leave with a sense of hope for the future. I come from a person centered, trauma informed, and strengths based approach to help you on your journey of growth.

We are a group of professional therapists that have a deep passion for helping others discover who they truly are, overcome emotional difficulties, recover from substance abuse, learn to live fully and enjoy their lives. Our love of family and community drives us to help others reconnect. Our belief is that a family is a system and when one person is in crisis, the whole family is in crisis. Our goal is to help each member of the family understand the problems and become part of the solution that brings their family back together.
