I have specialized in the healing of trauma for the last 31 years through individual, group, couples work. My expertise is EMDR. After 18 years of using this tool I am still amazed at how profoundly and quickly clients heal from tremendous pain and struggles. EMDR is often considered to be used only and primarily for a discreet trauma like a car accident. In fact, however, EMDR is a tool that incorporates how the brain processes information every night during REM sleep. Since our brains have REM daily, EMDR is a magnificient way to address most of life's problems.

We are a faith-based counseling center. We believe that healing begins with God. Our clients have the option to choose prayer during their sessions. She has a Bachelor of Science in Substance Abuse Counseling from the University Of Cincinnati and a Master of Education in Human Development and Counseling. Kali provides an empathetic and patient approach with all clients to ensure comfortability and trust building. She goes above and beyond to explore unique and personal treatment plans to better serve each individual client and their needs.

Erica Kavalauskas is a Licensed Independent Social Worker Supervisor in Ohio who has been practicing since 2017. She has a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Bowling Green State University and a Master of Social Work from Indiana Wesleyan University. Erica is trained in CBT, Solution Focused, and Motivational Interviewing. She is passionate about play therapy and is Theraplay level 1 trained. Outside of work, Erica likes to travel, see friends and family, and play with her 2 cats.

Madyson McKelvey is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She received her master’s degree in forensic mental health counseling from Roger Williams University and obtained her bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in sociology from Bowling Green State University. Madyson has practiced in residential, outpatient, and home-based settings working with children, adolescents, adults, and parents.

I have been working with children and families in Cincinnati, Ohio for 8 years and love working with children to help them reach their goals for growth and healing. I provided therapy in schools, in a Christian community health center and in a clinical outpatient setting. I graduated with a Bachelors in Counseling from Johnson University and graduated from Northern Kentucky University in 2014 with a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am certified in Theraplay and Child Parent Psychotherapy. I am a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist and am credentialed as an Ohio Infant Mental Health Practitioner.

With over 20 years successful experience in assisting clients in developing and building their long-term skills for coping and problem solving, I believe that my practice can help you find your way to the life goals you desire. My approach to counseling is interactive with my clients, based on the concept that understanding and coming to terms with one's emotions is essential to effective problem solving and personal growth.
