I have developed an excellent 10 session couples group program (3 couples per group/90 minutes) every other week. I have helped save many marriages and relationships. Fight less, become better friends and re-ignite your sexual fire. Intimacy and love are typically the most important aspects of living a happy life. Also starting retirement groups and mens support groups in May 2024. Retirement is a very difficult transition in life. Register for either group. These can include breath and relaxation, guided imagery, meditation, and energy psychology. I also teach cognitive behavioral techniques to change harmful thought patterns. Based in current brain science and ancient wisdom teachings, I help people utilize the healthy and mature parts of themselves to become more conscious, integrated, and whole.

I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders, including Anorexia, Bulimia and ARFID. I am CBT/DBT trained and utilize that modality eclectically to treat personality disorders including borderline, complex trauma conditions, major depression, anxiety disorders as well as bipolar conditions and substance use disorders. I am LGBTQ+ friendly and support individuals considering gender transition. I offer electrotherapy services via Alpha Stim concurrently with talk therapy.
