Professional Counseling Solutions is a program of Madison County Catholic Charities. Our two offices are located in Alton and Granite City. We accept insurance. We also offer a sliding fee scale for services based on household income. Our therapeutic team includes LCPC and LCSW therapists.

I am a licensed clinical psychologist who offers professional yet warm and caring help to those struggling with life's challenges. I have devoted my clinical work to assisting adult individuals with a broad spectrum of concerns. Specifically, I enjoy working with individuals in the following areas: depression, anxiety, substance abuse, life transitions, low self-esteem, communication, and relationship concerns.

As a therapist, I strive to meet my clients where they're at and increase their self-awareness, which in turn helps them understand their thoughts and feelings in relation to the problems at hand. I realize that my clients are the experts in their own life experiences, therefore, utilize an individualistic approach in working alongside them in efforts to restore emotional balance.

Hi, I am Robin Denk, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 16 years of clinical experience working with clients with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, emotional abuse, and trauma. My therapeutic approach is client-centered, utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused, narrative therapy, mindfulness, and attachment theory tailored to your needs. I believe that it is my duty to help others during painful times in their lives ultimately.
