I am dedicated to helping clients overcome life's challenges and difficulties. I am committed to maintaining a caring, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment as clients travel on the path to wholeness. I believe that each client is significant and has the capacity for growth and change.

Life can deliver unexpected blows, leaving us on the ground. I understand—I've been there. The key lies in rising, in putting in the effort to grow stronger.

My clients come from all facets of life. Although every individual walk is unique, we share one commonality. That being that we are all human. Every individual's needs vary. Some common shared goals include but are not limited to needs for growth, healing, confidence, and understanding. I see clients who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, career changes, relational concerns, trauma & ptsd, every day stress and more. I have worked with children in many settings as well as teens and adults who want to cope and enjoy daily living with a healthy mind.

PEMS provides holistic collaborative spiritual counseling, health coaching, and mental health coaching to clients using evidence-based practices that strengthen physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellness creating holistic balance in their lives. I believe in positive self-awareness and that as a person thinks they become so I educate clients on the ancient science of "know thyself. " PEMS holistic approach uses meditation, affirmations, evidence-based practices, and energy healing tools and techniques. I work with the military population, individuals, groups, couples, children, adults and elderly on lifes transitions.

My counseling philosophy is person centered, holistic and existential. I believe that - Life is a process of moving towards wholeness.... Our brokenness is the basic human dlemma and each person's story is unique... It is because of this uniqueness that we all encounter different paths.... Empowering clients and helping them to move forward involves many paths also - from cogntive, behavioral, solution focused, humanistic, psychodynamic to marriage & family therapy ... and all are essential in meeting the client "where they are" and helping them to move forward.

Living each day with intention can energize and fulfill us while enhancing the lives of those around us. Intentional living begins with letting go of emotional pain. By examining our present life we can determine if the life we are living today is the life we want or is it one based on our old way of thinking and feeling. With the prescriptive eclectic approach to psychotherapy, the psychotherapist customizes treatment to the specific needs of individual patient. The end result of prescriptive matching is a more efficient, applicable, and efficacious therapy that meets the client's current needs.
