Hello! I moved to Colorado 7 years ago from the upper Midwest. I am proud to say I have an eclectic experience when it comes to counseling. I started off as a postgraduate career counselor then moved on to school counseling (elementary and high school) then therapy with both parolees and inmates in one of the state prisons. From there I have put a focus on working with clients and couples who suffer from depression, anxiety, personality disorders, gender identity, and concerns related to intimacy and sex.

My ideal client is someone who is self-motivated to work through their hindrances with kindness, compassion and commitment. I work alongside clients to develop their awareness of behavioral patterns and use mindfulness-based CBT techniques to redirect repetitive and compulsive thought patterns. The PFWC is a center dedicated to the prevention, support, and treatment of maternal and family mental health challenges. The PFWC consists of five licensed perinatal mental health specialists, graduate level interns, a reproductive psychiatrist, acupuncturist, naturopath, infant/child sleep specialist, and lactation consultant all of whom are speciality trained in reproductive and perinatal mental health.
