AllHealth Network provides mental health services and substance abuse services for children, adolescents, adults, older adults, couples, and families. These services include: assessment and treatment planning with one of our master’s-level or licensed therapists, counseling, group therapy and medication services. We also have an Intensive Outpatient Program in Littleton & Castle Rock for adults working towards recovery from substance use and mental health concerns. I use somatic-based EMDR, Natural Processing, as a therapeutic technique to assist individuals in overcoming various challenges. Throughout our lives, we encounter situations that may cause harm or discomfort. While some of these experiences may seem inconsequential, others become apparent as problematic over time. When individuals begin to grapple with difficulties such as anxiety, depression, physical symptoms, stress reactions, or emotional intolerance, they may recognize the need for change.

Changing one's unhappiness or difficulties in life often feels like a daunting task. My clients become empowered to get their needs met and solve their problems, primarily through cognitive and behavioral techniques and psychoeducation. Taking responsibility for their own growth, they increase their self esteem and confidence. My typical client seeks more effective coping skills, guidance through treatment for depression, mood disorders, anxiety, grief, stress management, adjustment to divorce or other life changes, AD/HD, addictions; also workplace and parenting issues, and trauma.
