Cope Counseling and Consulting, LLC was founded in 2023 with a mission of reducing barriers and increasing accessibility for all. We do this by accepting private and public insurance and providing sliding scale fees to keep therapy affordable. We are a telehealth-based company to help expand our reach. I'm a warm and caring therapist who knows the value of humor, and I bring that into my work to help balance and cope with the more difficult parts of life. I'm trained in harm reduction, a collaborative approach between client and therapist that incorporates the belief that abstinence is one solution to drug and alcohol misuse but not the only solution. I also have experience with moderation management for alcohol use.

Hello! I am Shanna Tipton-Green, MS, LPC, and I hold a Master of Science degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, Addictions and Social Work. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado through the Department of Regulatory Agencies. I work with all types of issues: anxiety, adjustment issues, grief, depression, issues of focus, stress, identity, sexuality. I have extensive training in the field of developmental trauma.
