This will continue throughout treatment, so that we are always increasing awareness and achievement. This does not happen instantly, but in stages. My specialty is in complex trauma, issues for women, anxiety, grief, relationship issues, and adjustment difficulties. Many of my clients seek counseling for unresolved trauma and grief that negatively impacts their functioning and relationships, resulting in dysfunction, anxiety, depression, shame, or codependency. I'm dedicated to helping clients heal from past experiences, rebuild self worth, and find happiness and meaning. I care deeply for working with survivors of suicide and those who have lost a loved one to drug overdose. I enjoy working with clients adjusting to the challenges and changes associated with parenthood.

I utilize a variety of techniques tailored to meet your child's needs.

I have experience working with trauma, clients who have been sex trafficked, anxiety, life transitions, and grief and loss. My primary focus is working with clients who have experienced developmental or intergenerational trauma. My office hours are generally Monday-Friday 8-4.
