I believe most presenting concerns such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, low self-worth, etc are rooted in negative beliefs about the self that were ingrained in childhood. We will use trauma informed approaches to reduce these symptoms so you can live the life you deserve. My approach is integrated, combining modalities from eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), structural dissociation and cognitive behavioral therapy.
