I have training in various therapeutic modalities, including CBT, DBT, REBT, MI, and REBT; specializing in the treatment of mental health and addictions.

**ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS FOR TELEHEALTH ONLY** I believe that each and every person has the capacity to be happy; some people just need a little help along the way. I believe most presenting concerns such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, low self-worth, etc are rooted in negative beliefs about the self that were ingrained in childhood. We will use trauma informed approaches to reduce these symptoms so you can live the life you deserve. My approach is integrated, combining modalities from eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), structural dissociation and cognitive behavioral therapy.

My ideal client is a client who is ready and committed to making changes in their life. I work with clients who have the motivation and capability for change but lack the ability to see the path they need to take. I believe all clients posses the means for change but some lack the motivation for change.

You don't have to do this alone. I have 20 years of experience dealing with issues affecting young children and their caregivers. I provide psychological assessment and treatment for Autism Spectrum Disorders (children and adults), parent/child relationship issues, abuse/trauma/neglect, and attachment/foster-care/adoption issues. All family members can receive assessment and treatment, regardless of age, in order to improve individual and family functioning, and the experience of joy. I also assess children in their school or daycare setting, and provide assistance with IEP/IFSP meetings. I use both relational and behavioral strategies for treatment.
