I work with Individuals and Couples addressing Substance Abuse, Sex Addiction, Eating disorders, Depression, anxiety and Codependency. I believe in addressing core Trauma work when present. Trauma resolution is a specialty of mine, I have extensive training in this complex area of Therapy. I also work with anxiety, depression and Couples issues. I offer Individual Counseling, Customized Intensive Workshop's and hold a long standing Women's group. The group holds eight women and has been ongoing for several years. I have been a medical professional for 14 years. I am a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner in six states, including Arizona, Michigan, Kansas, Florida, Nevada, and California. I have worked in a variety of settings including hospital medicine, primary care, chronic care management, acute rehabilitation, telemedicine, mental health, pain management, home health, MAT therapy, hospice, university teaching, and medical aesthetics.
