We provide a variety of specialties at our agency among our 24 therapists. Programming for pornography and sexual addiction (adults, couples and teens), betrayal trauma, marriage therapy, parenting, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, suicide prevention, trauma, self-harm and other mental health concerns. We treat children, youth and adults. Our counselors have specialized training and expertise in their specific areas of emphasis. We also work closely with HOPE foundation to help clients who need financial support for therapeutic services.

I'm a member of the Society for Sexual, Affectional, Intersex, and Gender Expansive Identities. I'm passionate about providing affirming care and support. I earned both my masters and doctoral degrees in Clinical Psychology from the Arizona School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University - Phoenix. I completed my clinical internship at The University of Colorado Boulder's Counseling and Psychological Services Center where I created an integrated mental health and medical program for LGBTQ+ students and Trans Care Specialty Team. I have experience working with community agencies and supports addressing a wide variety of mental health issues, including mood disorders, adolescent/young adult issues, substance use, eating disorders, and Sexual/Gender Identity concerns.

I operate a small and quaint private practice aimed at providing competent psychological services for a variety of mental health issues, symptoms, and disorders. I generally work with individuals who are experiencing issues with mood/emotional regulation, relationships, anxiety, panic, phobias, work performance, parenting, and navigating adolescence. I also have worked with individuals struggling with anger issues for many years. My availability to take new patients varies depending on our current patient load. However, I am currently only accepting new patients for evaluation.

Lauren Kuehl is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arizona who has been practicing since 2016. She has a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Mental Health Counseling Concentration, Addictions Specialization from University of Denver and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Relations Minor from University of Iowa. Lauren extends compassion and empathy using a person-centered and integrative approach to create a safe and non-judgmental space for growth and change.

I come with a wide range of experience, working with children in residential treatment as young as 11 y.o., through outpatient treatment to age 70. Often times, counseling is the first place someone learns to identify and untangle the traumas of their life to become the best version of themselves in the present. My focus is to understand the unique goals of each person and help them achieve those goals with compassion and patience.
