We do all the footwork for you by personally providing you with a treatment plan best suited for your needs. We are not affiliated with any treatment facilities or provider, do not have any contracts with any treatment providers, nor do we accept any referrals fees. We will connect you with the appropriate support team, treatment center, sober residency as well as outpatient and aftercare programs. We are there with you from the beginning to the end of your journey.

I see myself as a guide in your journey to self knowledge. My job is not to fix you but to help you find the resources within yourself and out there to help you maximize your potential. I tend to be very interactive, and goal directed; we work together to see if you are meeting your goals, and if not, why not. My orientation is a "YOU" centered one, where I may use any number of techniques including EMDR for trauma, Transactional Analysis for understanding your communication style, assertiveness training, and movement therapy to further the mind body connection.
