I am a licensed bilingual, bicultural therapist who has been working in the mental health field for over 16 years. I enjoy working with the person who is ready to take that first step to make change. I support them by promoting a safe space in order to begin the therapeutic work. I normally work with individuals and families with multiple siblings. Recently I have been working with couples coming to address relationship challenges: intimacy and infidelity, finances, gambling and addictions, co-parenting and blended families, domestic violence and child abuse, as well as other relationship challenges.

This safe space offers therapeutic support to children, teens and adults with a primary focus on symptoms including anxiety, depression, life transitions (loss, illness, divorce/separation) and self identity exploration affected by trauma, circumstance, orientation or non-conforming individuals.

I am passionate about helping couples craft deeply nourishing and caring relationships. In our meetings we learn the skills required for loving another person well: good communication, problem solving and repair. We explore what it means for each person to feel loved and cared for and work toward a dance that honors each members unique preferences. I also help couples have important conversations about crafting a mutually satisfying shared vision of what a meaningful life is as romantic partners, parents and community members. We work on healing from painful past ruptures such as infidelity, substance use and frequent fighting.
