During my training, I received specialized clinical experiences for working with survivors of traumatic events, have felt marginalized by society or their family systems due to their identities, career issues, relationship problems (e.g., loneliness, insecurity, preoccupation, attachment, etc.), and issues with body image and eating.

I view therapy as the practice of connecting to your authentic self. Harmony and wellness are achievable through authenticity. Oppression and past traumas often cloud our sense of self and power. It's not uncommon to shrink ourselves to fit in. My focus is on exploring your past, your relationship to your intersectional identities, and the impact of the systems around you to help you establish a deeper connection with your true self. My goal is for you to experience comfort and peace as you live your truth. With the right support and space, I firmly believe that wellness is within reach for everyone.

I always feel honored when others entrust their story with me, and it is my goal to offer a safe, supportive environment in which to do so. I provide individual therapy to adults, some of whom may be experiencing a significant life transition. Others may be managing acute or chronic symptoms that have affected their quality of life. I commonly work with issues related to depression, anxiety, grief/loss, as well as racial, multicultural and gender identities.

As a therapist with more than 13 years’ experience in the Seattle area, I provide strengths-based, solution-focused mental health therapy to clients from diverse backgrounds. I specialize in working with young adults, adolescents, and their families. I also frequently work with men and women to address addiction, work performance, relationship challenges, and other life stressors.

I love working to support folks building a container for reflection and exploration with the goal of a more regulated and grounded nervous system. This looks different depending on the individual, but mainly fall into three main categories: LGBTQIA teenagers moving through identity exploration, folks moving through significant traumatic events, and therapists/activists facing burnout. I also love working with white folks working with whiteness. I see therapy as a space to process, hold and move through the struggle of engaging with oppressive systems.

I have been a psychotherapist working in the Mental Health field since 1994. My education entailed a BS in Psychology and a BA in history from the University of Washington and MA in psychology from Antioch University. I have worked in a variety of settings in the Mental Health Field including working as a supervisor at the King County Crisis Line for ten years and recently at Harborview doing crisis intervention and psychotherapy. My passion has always been doing therapy and helping people have better lives. The process of therapy and success needs to be defined by the patient. My style of therapy after 25 years is my own.

Janet Arthur is a psychotherapist, who has been practicing since 2009. She graduated from Northwest University with Master's in Counseling Psychology. Janet believes in person-center, humanistic philosophy to care. She uses cognitive-behavioral, acceptance commitment, solution and emotion-focused therapeutic modalities in therapy. Her main areas of focus include anxiety, depression, and relationship concerns. In her spare time, Janet enjoys being outdoors - hiking, stand-up paddle boarding, and kayaking. Her happy place is being on the beach. Janet is passionate about psychology and helping people to heal and thrive.

Zoe holds a master's degree in clinical social work from the University of Washington, which is also where she obtained her bachelor's of English ten years prior. With nearly a decade of relevant professional experience in the nonprofit sphere, Zoe pivoted to providing direct mental health services to adults. She believes in client-centered work, and employs an integrative approach to therapy, with motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and psychodynamic work guiding her practice.

Noelle Witherow is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington who has been practicing since 2022. She has a B.S. in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University and an M.Ed. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Louisiana State University. As a clinician, Noelle strives to hold space and create bonds so clients can feel heard and understood. She is a passionate professional who works to create a sense of safety and compassion in sessions. Noelle aims to make clients feel they are agents in their recovery yet have support they need. She is greatly honored to be a part of each of her client’s journeys.

I work with older adults (65+), adults, and teens (17+), and I treat depression, anxiety, chronic pain, post-traumatic stress, grief and loss, and a broad range of adjustment and general life issues. While I take an integrative approach to therapy based on the needs of the individual, my passion lies with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, my primary treatment modality. In addition to my role as a clinician, I also serve as a Clinical Director (Seattle area) for LifeStance, helping to maintain quality of care and foster a strong clinical milieu via recruitment, retention, consultation, and culture.

Porscha is a dedicated and compassionate social worker with a specialized focus in obstetrics and women’s/maternal health. With a solid background in both medical-surgical and obstetric care, she has worked with patients facing a wide array of challenges, including fetal anomalies, traumatic deliveries, peripartum mental health concerns, and options counseling.

Stephanie is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMCHA) in the state of Washington. She graduated with honors from City University of Seattle"˜s Master of Arts in Counseling program. Stephanie works with individual adult clients who are looking to gain insight into themselves and improve their quality of life. She seeks to understand each client holistically and views the therapeutic relationship as collaborative. In sessions, Stephanie strives to create a safe, welcoming space that supports clients to increase their confidence, self-awareness, and promote healthy changes.

I received my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mercer University. Aqssa values Dialectical Behavioral Therapy as well as Existential Therapy, integrated with evidence-based best practice, to create balance and integration in her clients. She believes in guiding the client to their true path and allowing them to know their own power and intuition.

Marie is an experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselor working with adults contending with trauma, depression, anxiety and relationship difficulties. She has also worked extensively with individuals recovering from addiction as well as loved ones who are affected by addiction. Marie has worked in the community mental health environment, private practice and substance abuse treatment centers.
