I am a telehealth provider across Washington State, and I am currently accepting new clients. In life, unexpected things happen. Challenges and bumps in the road are all part of it. Sometimes with the the help of another we can make room for and navigate through planned or unexpected changes. With the help of a trained professional, life challenges can become easier to deal with. During the therapeutic process, I will work with the tools you already have in order to tackle life's problems.

I offer therapy to relieve anxiety and depression and discover the underlying causes. I also specialize in trauma and PTSD. If you've seen other therapists without results, it may be because you've only participated in talk or cognitive therapy. I've found that deeply ingrained beliefs and coping mechanisms that develop when we're young are often responsible for dysfunction or repeated negative emotions later in life. I am a passionate and dedicated queer therapist with a specialization in LGBTQ-related issues, substance use disorders, trauma, chemsex, sex, and men with sexual dysfunction. My focus is on providing tailored support and guidance to individuals, including gay and bisexual men, MSM (men who have sex with men), and straight men, in their journey towards achieving their mental health goals.

I specialized training in EMDR and I have experience working in a variety of settings, including outpatient and inpatient treatment centers, since 2019. I have experience working with diverse populations in the social services sector since 2018.
