Welcome to my women's telehealth practice. I am Cornell trained and specialize in psychiatry, therapy, and coaching for women with an added focus of working with Asian American women. Along with cognitive behavioral and mindfulness based therapy, I prescribe medications when appropriate - no more than needed, but not less. Common issues faced by my clients include managing stress and anxiety, integrating the demands of work and life, and navigating key relationships. In a warm, collaborative setting we identify and work on the specific goals that will help you live an emotionally healthy and balanced life.
