Since 2009, l’ve specialized in medication management for ADHD, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder and Depression in NYC and surrounding areas. I offer longer than average appointment times and employ the latest testing such as genetic screening to get the medication right! Be assured, I will do what it takes to find the 'right' treatment for you whether that’s pharmacological, holistic/supplement-based, or all of the above. I also believe humor and kindness are pretty good things for a psychiatrist to have handy and my patients think I do pretty well with both of them:) Let's work together to find the best treatment option for you!
While my specialty may be ADHD and Bipolar Disorder, I also have many patients with depression, anxiety and eating disorders. Not every patient I evaluate may actually need psychiatric medications. In some cases, they are understandably 'on the fence' about them. I can help you work and think through the options.
I strive though extended appointment times and active listening during your appointments, to help you arrive at the safest and most effective choices for your overall well-being. I feel as a psychiatrist that this is the very essence of the work of 'mental health.'
