I create a collaborative space where we make sense of all the unknowns of life; whether you are looking to heal shame, trauma, or heal anxiety or grief, I will help you can make the changes necessary to make living a bit easier and move through life with more grace.
Together, and/or with your partner/partners, we will dive into uncomfortable and often unfamiliar emotional territory. Through our relationship pulling from my Queer Latine/x lens, we will discover your core-self and heal of old patterns; I will help you to (re)connect with your life purpose and build an empowered, dynamic life you wish to be living.
I welcome individuals, adolescents, and relationships styles. My special interests include LGBTQ+ folx, artists / creative professionals, seeking connection and understanding of self and other through emotions. I have an intuitive approach that pulls from my skills in contemporary relational psychoanalysis, Aedp, and Brainspotting.
