Hello! I’m Aaron and I am passionate about helping you find greater expansiveness, security and joy in your life. I use Somatic Experiencing to help trauma heal, fight/flight/freeze responses to complete and to bring balance to your emotional life. I am also certified in psychoanalysis and trained to listen deeply and help bring awareness to the hidden patterns that represent important parts of you waiting to be heard and cared for.

Attachment issues, developmental trauma, religious trauma, crisis trauma, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, moodiness, unwanted habits, arrogance, blaming, being overly dismissive, avoidance, paranoia, over working, obsessive focus, artistic block, too much emotion, not enough emotion, religious abuse. I also offer personal Enneagram coaching.
