Here is a taste of methods I use in session: Mindfulness - learn to increase awareness; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy - become familiar with how thought affects feeling; Motivational Interviewing - use proven change strategies, to cite just a sample. In a few sessions, I have helped people achieve things which take much longer for them to do on their own.
I have developed a deep care for the human experience and use that to help you approach and understand your current challenges. You don't have to come to session knowing everything.
