My passion is working with individuals with anxiety-based illnesses. I work with adults and teenagers who struggle with anxiety related disorders, OCD, depression, and substance use. Also as of August 2020 I am a trained EMDR clinician. EMDR is a treatment modality that incorporates the brain's natural healing power into therapy.
