I have extensive experience as an individual therapist working with adults in both public and private settings. I specialize in individual counseling, with experience working on the following issues: depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, sleep disorders, grief, LGBTQ, adoption, substance abuse and video game addiction, as well low self-esteem.
My therapeutic style has been described as "eclectic." I pride myself in creating a relaxed healing space. I tend to like to infuse sessions with humor, compassion, and even a little metaphor thrown in for good measure! My motto is: "Therapy should never feel like you are under a microscope."
