My approach to psychotherapy is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space in which you can take time to learn about yourself.
I place an emphasis on the therapeutic relationship and strive to create a healing environment. I view therapy as a guided discovery in which you can examine issues, engage in meaning-making, develop insight, and practice coping skills.
