Each person and situation is different and unique. To best provide a comprehensive and well-rounded therapeutic approach, I am trained and experienced in treating a wide variety of conditions, including but not limited to: anxiety, social dysfunction, depression, self-esteem, bereavement, PTSD, adjustment difficulties, aging and addiction.
In addition to psychotherapy, as a trained mediator, I offer my "post-divorce family recovery program" to assist families thrive during the difficult transition period. The choice to seek counseling cannot be taken lightly and my office offers a safe, laid-back environment in a discreet setting.
