I have experience working in residential facilities and private agencies assisting troubled youth and their families from diverse backgrounds and a range of concerns. I am also known for conducting creative group therapy for teens, parents, and women. In my private practice I welcome individuals, children, teens, couples, families.
My areas of focus include but aren't limited to:trauma, depression, family conflict, parenting, martial conflict and women’s issues. I understand that every client is different and I use an electric approach during therapy. These therapy methods include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focus CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy.
